Director / Psychologist
Spectrum Oasis was founded by psychologist Natasha Hutchison in January 2012. She has over 15 years experience working as a Psychologist in both NZ and Australia.
Registered Psychologist
Peta is a compassionate registered Psychologist with over 20 years experience working within school settings and general counselling / psychology services in providing therapy and assessments for children, adolescents and adults.
Counsellor
Nicola is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 14 years experience support clients presenting in both acute and chronic phases of their mental illness.
Provisional Psychologist
Marie is a provisional psychologist who graduated with a Bachelor and Honours in Psychology from the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is passionate about helping people find their place in the world and supporting them on their journey of self-discovery.
Registered Psychologist
Tabitha is an empathetic and compassionate Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) with extensive experience of over 6 years working with children, adolescents and adults- neurodiverse and neurotypical, as a School Counsellor and working alongside Trauma Victims.
Speech Pathologist
Sarah is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University in Melbourne. Sarah has been practising speech pathology for ten years and had experience in education and child health settings before moving into private practice in 2015.
Speech Pathologist
Angus McLean has 20 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults on the Autism Spectrum.
That time has seen him working closely with families, and includes two years working in Canada. Angus prides himself on having a client centred approach, that highly tailors support to individuals.
Occupational Therapist
Trish has over 20 years of experience in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related Developmental Disabilities in special schools, Special Education Units, Early Childhood Development Programs (ECDP), and mainstream classrooms.
Assistant Director, Practice Manager
Kylie is the captain of the ‘Spectrum Oasis Ship’, ensuring that all practitioners and their clients are well looked after from navigating the family friendly centre and coordinating appointment times, to understanding eligibility for funding, and ensuring your experience at Spectrum Oasis is positive.
